Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bar Person to join our team at a friendly members' club in Sileby.
The main requirement is for a regular Saturday evening shift, with additional hours potentially available for parties, events, holiday cover and busy periods.
This role may particularly suit someone local to Sileby or the surrounding villages with solid previous pub or bar experience who is looking for a regular Saturday evening shift alongside their existing commitments.
We're looking for somebody who is experienced behind a bar, has a strong work ethic and plenty of personality, and who takes pride in doing a good job.
We're looking for someone with solid previous bar experience who can come in, quickly get to know how we operate and confidently get on with the job.
We're particularly looking for someone who uses their initiative and sees what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked or reminded — whether that's serving customers, collecting glasses, restocking fridges, cleaning down or simply noticing something that needs attention.
Duties
- Providing friendly, confident and efficient bar service
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Keeping the bar clean, tidy and well stocked throughout the shift
- Collecting and washing glasses
- Restocking fridges and bar supplies
- Handling busy periods calmly and efficiently
- Following Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol-service procedures
- Helping maintain a friendly, safe and welcoming atmosphere
- Carrying out normal cleaning and closing duties

Pay starting at £13.00 per hour.
