Job Title: Production Operative
Chemence is a leading manufacturer of high-performance adhesives, sealants, and photopolymers with nearly 30 years' experience supplying the manufacturing, retail, construction, flexographic, cosmetic and automotive industry.
Chemence extensive range of products including cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, UV curing resins and liquid photopolymers suits a variety of applications and can be utilized on any type of material from wood, glass and metals to plastics and fabrics.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out production duties such as, machine filling, hand filling or packing as specified by supervision.
Adhering to production schedules and keeping relevant paperwork up to date.
Ensuring that quality standards are met by being responsible for the quality of the process that they are carrying out.
Maintain daily housekeeping and compliance with local procedures & the company’s health and safety policies.
Maximisation of production volumes as specified.
Communicates well with other operators & supervision ensuring maximization of operation being carried out.
Responsible for reporting to a supervisor when a machine is ‘down’ or job complete.
Will be expected to support the manufacturing process across the whole Chemence business as & when requested.
You will perform, to the best of your ability, all the duties of this post and any other duties which may reasonably be required of you and will at all times obey reasonable instructions given to you.

You will be positive, flexible, proactive, enthusiastic, and resilient.
English speaking and reading are essential.
5years+ experience in production industry would be an advantage.
