Icon Coffee is an independent specialty coffee shop based in the heart of Hampton Hill. We are passionate about high-quality coffee, great service and building a warm, community-focused environment.
We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and help shape the next chapter of our growing brand.
What you will do
- Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop
- Lead, train and motivate a small team of baristas
- Maintain high standards of coffee preparation, food quality and customer experience
- Ensure smooth workflow during busy periods
- Manage ordering, stock levels and deliveries
- Create staff rotas and support recruitment when needed
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming shop environment
- Work closely with the owners on improvements, new ideas and menu development
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a coffee shop or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge and passion for specialty coffee
- Confident leader with a positive, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm, organised and efficient during busy service
- Eye for detail and consistently high standards
- Reliable, responsible and proactive mindset

Pay: From £16.00 per hour
