Skew is looking for a highly organised people person to join the team as design manager to cover a maternity leave.

Design Manager is a pivotal role at the heart of the agency that needs a highly organised people person. We sumarise the role as ’on-time, on-budget - happy team, happy clients’.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for the efficient planning of work (on-time, on-budget) and how it flows through the studio to and from the client (happy team, happy client)
Each week you can expect to be doing these types of tasks;
Remote on-boarding of new clients with the MD
Setting new jobs up in ‘Forecast’
Working with the design director and design team to plan and update the studio work schedule
️ Daily team check-ins to solve challenges and boost culture
Working with clients to report on progress, manage changes and feedback
Participate in finance check-in’s for ongoing income and expenses
Reporting on client accounts including credit control
