Job Summary
Beyond Coffee are expanding and we are building our team for our existing Lincoln shop and our new waterside shop that’s coming soon!
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, matcha and current trending products
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- Keep the workspace clean and organised, including equipment maintenance and restocking supplies as needed
- Work with the team to create a positive, fun working environment
Qualifications
- Great customer service
- Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly personality with great communication skills to engage with customers & the team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
