What You'll Do
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to employees and end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Respond to support requests through phone, email, ticketing systems, and in person.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
- Set up user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
- Assist with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and business applications.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and technical solutions.
- Support routine system maintenance, software updates, and equipment deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT services and user experience.
- Follow IT security policies and contribute to maintaining a secure technology environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, technical support, customer service, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple support requests.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are beneficial but not required.

Pay: £3,100.00-£3,500.00 per month
