THIS GROUP IS ON THE SEARCH FOR A SELF-EMPLOYED HANDYMAN / WOMAN TO MAINTAIN AND ASSIST IN DEVELOPING THEIR OFFICES/RESIDENCE GARDENS & GROUNDS/NEW PROJECTS
£15 - £17.50 per hour - self-employed. Dependent on the levels of work to be carried out.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a self-employed handyman / Woman to cover various maintenance jobs and tasks at various sites in West Yorkshire -

What Your Responsibilities May Include
- Heavy lifting may be involved - so you must be physically fit.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Semi-skilled
- Must have experience in: painting/decorating, basic joinery, DIY & gardening, and ground maintenance and property maintenance, including basic joinery/plumbing/tiling/plastering/bricklaying, cleaning etc
Essential
- Own tools including own PPE
- Own vehicle required for commuting to sites
Desirable
- You must be good at fault finding/problem solving
- Be reliable, trustworthy with excellent time keeping
This role would suit someone with a variety of skills accrued over time which can all be done to a good standard.
