We are looking for passionate, dynamic and dedicated team members to join us in our Food and Beverage team here at Ringwood Hall Hotel and Spa.
This role is for part time position. Must have availability for weekday and weekends (morning/afternoon/evening shifts). Shifts will vary on a weekly basis.
Your role is to provide outstanding service to our guests,
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner for guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Culinary experience or training is a plus
- Strong upselling skills to maximize revenue
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with events operations and procedures is a plus
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
