We’re looking for an experienced (L3) Early Years Educator to join our team.
If you’re passionate about giving children the very best start in life, thrive as part of a supportive team, and are always willing to go the extra mile, we’d love to hear from you. You must hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification.
We’re big on outdoor learning—whatever the weather. Our children (and staff!) spend plenty of time in our extensive outdoor spaces, so a love of the outdoors is essential.
You must be skillful in bringing stories to life and not be afraid to sing nursery rhymes with enthusiasm—confidence, creativity, and joy in engaging young children are key.
At Holly House Nursery, we care about our people as much as our children. We actively support staff wellbeing with practical tools and strategies to build resilience, manage stress, and maintain a healthy work–life balance, including access to an Employee Assistance Programme. We hold regular team events, and have reward schemes to recognise great work.
This is a full-time role, working 7:30am–6:00pm, four days per week.
All appointments are subject to two satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check (including barred list), and overseas police checks where applicable.
Holly House Nursery is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times.
We look forward to welcoming the right person to our team.
