BlockCare provides communal cleaning for residential blocks and managed developments across North West London and the Home Counties. We're hiring a reliable cleaner to cover a set round of blocks on a flexible part-time schedule.
What you'll be doing: cleaning communal entrances, stairwells, lifts and corridors; keeping bin stores and refuse areas tidy; light window and glass cleaning in shared areas; general upkeep of external communal spaces.
What we're looking for: a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as you'll travel between several sites each day. Reliable and punctual, comfortable working independently, and the right to work in the UK. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is given.
Hours are flexible and part-time, built around short visits of roughly 1.5 to 4 hours per site.
Pay: 15.00 pounds per hour.
