Stadium Security Officer (Part‑Time) – Ashton Gate Stadium
Clifton Security is recruiting part‑time Stadium Security Officers to support football fixtures, concerts, and major events at Ashton Gate Stadium. This role is ideal for applicants looking for flexible work alongside an existing job or those seeking part‑time hours only.
All interviews are face to face.
Job Summary
You will provide a professional security presence throughout the stadium, ensuring the safety of players, staff, and supporters. This includes monitoring activity, managing crowd behaviour, responding to incidents, and enforcing stadium rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stands, concourses, turnstiles, and external areas
- Identify and report potential security risks
- Manage crowd movement and encourage positive fan behaviour
- Respond quickly to incidents and escalate when required
- Enforce stadium and league policies, including prohibited items
- Support emergency procedures and follow Safety Team instructions
Requirements
- Must be available to work the majority of events at Ashton Gate
- Professional, reliable, and confident in busy environments
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a safety team
BS7858 Vetting (Mandatory)
Applicants must provide sufficient documentation to complete full BS7858 vetting, including:
- 5‑year employment history (with explanations for gaps)
- 5‑year address history
- Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
- Proof of address (dated within 3 months)
- Any additional documents required for BS7858 compliance
Incomplete vetting will prevent deployment.
