Evening shift position. Store closes at 10pm and shift will be discussed at interview. Immediate start available for suitable candidate (s).
We are seeking to add a Retail Sales positions to join our friendly team at our well established family operated Spar store at Didcot Parkway Railway Station. Depending on candidates the hours will be mainly evenings and 16 per week and this will be discussed at interview. Tasks include serving and assisting customers, till operations, handling deliveries which will include regular lifting. Merchandising, cleaning and other retail tasks.
The ideal candidate(s) will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in engaging with our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Shifts will mainly include evenings and weekend shifts so flexibility is essential. Extra hours and shift holiday cover are also regularly available.
Applicants must demonstrate a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic approach and you must be willing to work as part of our team. Experience is not essential but the right approach is. Full training provided.
