As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring every guest room and public area meets the hotel’s exacting standards.
You will manage a team of housekeepers, plan schedules, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise your own team of staff and be responsible for the upkeep of all bedrooms, corridors and public areas within the hotel
- Be hands on as well as supervisory
- Be a strong team leader
- Be fully responsible for ensuring your team of housekeepers are working to the standard expected within the hotel
- Have a high standard of hygiene and health and safety
- Have a background of working within luxury hotels which are to at least a 4 Star standard
