Qualified Dental Nurse

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Qualified Dental Nurse to join our busy, well-established dental practice.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining surgeries before, during and after patient treatment.
- Providing excellent patient care and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
- Maintaining high standards of cross infection control and decontamination.
- Processing dental radiographs in accordance with current regulations.
- Ensuring instruments, equipment and materials are prepared and maintained.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting equipment faults.
- Supporting the reception team with administrative duties when required.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- Following all health and safety, safeguarding, confidentiality and practice policies.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- GDC registered Qualified Dental Nurse.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Friendly, caring and professional approach.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a busy mixed or private practice.
- Knowledge of dental software systems.
