We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to specified recipes and standards
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as restaurant or aviation
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in menu planning and development alongside senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service to guests and passengers
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Passion for culinary arts and continuous learning in the kitchen
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential

Pay: £15.50-£17.00 per hour
