Assistant Coach – U15
Proline Coaching Academy is seeking an ambitious Assistant Coach to join our U15 Youth Development Phase and work within our high-performance environment.
This role is designed for coaches with aspirations of leading a team, with a clear pathway to Head Coach following a successful first season.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
- A willingness to learn, develop and embrace feedback
- Based in or around Coventry
Desirable
- FA or UEFA Coaching Licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Grassroots coaching experience
- Senior football coaching experience
- Experience within Category 1–3 Academy environments
