Vehicle Prepper/Painter – Yardley

We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Prepper/Painter to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where quality craftsmanship is valued, supported, and recognised.
The Role
- Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and panel preparation
- High quality paint application and finishing
- Accurate colour matching
- Carrying out small to medium filler repairs to a high standard
- Completing minor dent and surface repairs to a high standard
- Keeping prep bays and tools clean, organised, and compliant
- Consistently meeting quality standards and turnaround deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7-10 years experience as a Vehicle Prepper/Painter in an automative bodyshop
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in high-quality paintwork
- A methodical, proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
