We're a family-run business with a reputation for exceptional workmanship, honest advice and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth across the North East, we're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
This isn't a cold-calling role or a high-pressure sales environment.
Every appointment is generated by our marketing team and pre-booked by our office, allowing you to focus on what you do best - meeting homeowners, understanding their needs and helping them choose the perfect bathroom for their home.

What you'll be doing
- Visiting pre-booked appointments in customers' homes across Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham and surrounding areas.
- Listening to customers' ideas, requirements and budgets.
- Measuring bathrooms accurately.
- Advising on layouts, products and design options.
- Preparing and presenting quotations.
- Building genuine relationships with customers and guiding them through the process.
- Following up enquiries where appropriate.
- Working closely with our office and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Representing JNE Bathrooms with professionalism, honesty and integrity.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Experience within bathrooms, kitchens, home improvements, windows & doors or a similar industry would be advantageous.
- A confident, friendly and professional communicator.
- Someone who enjoys meeting people and naturally builds trust.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
What we offer
- £30,000–£35,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £60,000–£80,000+.
