We’re Hiring: Assistant General Manager
West Beverly is looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead the team and develop the business — with a particular focus on strengthening our evening service.

We offer an excellent work-life balance for hospitality, but this is still a management role in a busy venue, so evenings and weekends will be an important part of the rota.
What You’ll Do
- Lead busy services with confidence and energy.
- Support, coach and develop the front-of-house team.
- Help raise standards across daytime and evening service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep everything running smoothly.
- Manage bookings, guest experience, labour and daily operations.
- Support recruitment, training and team development.
- Help grow sales and build a strong evening atmosphere.
- Take responsibility for the venue when senior management is not present.
What You Bring
- Previous management or strong supervisory experience in hospitality.
- A natural, down-to-earth leadership style.
- Confidence running busy restaurant or bar services.
- High standards, strong attention to detail and a calm head under pressure.
- A genuine interest in developing people and improving the business.
- Flexibility to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.75-£15.00 per hour
