Sales Support Executive
Warrington | 12-Month Maternity Cover | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with experience in asset finance or financial services? We're working with a well-established lender looking for a Payouts Executive to join their friendly operations team on a 12-month maternity contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business where you'll play a key role in ensuring finance agreements are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for customers, brokers and suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities of the role:

Processing and activating asset finance agreements accurately and efficiently

Managing payout administration and ensuring compliance with internal procedures

Carrying out verification calls and responding to customer and broker enquiries

Liaising with Underwriting and Sales Support teams to keep applications progressing smoothly

Maintaining accurate records and system updates

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service.
Skills and Experience Required:-
Previous experience within Asset Finance, particularly within Payouts, Sales Support or Operations

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email

The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Experience using CRM systems would be an advantage.
