Cocktail Bartender – KITTEN
KITTEN is looking for an experienced and energetic Cocktail Bartender to join our busy Japanese restaurant team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a fast-paced, professional bar environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong cocktail knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure while creating a welcoming guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to a high standard
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Managing stock levels and assisting with bar prep and close-down
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Ensuring all licensing and health & safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Previous cocktail bartending experience in a busy venue
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Pay: £12.71 per hour + equal share of tronc.
