Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
- Take orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining friendly engagement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and handle transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Check membership numbers and ensure patrons are following club rules
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Uphold responsible serving practices, including recognizing signs of intoxication and managing guest safety
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote a lively atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is required
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills, including serving guests politely and professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
