Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a qualified Escalator engineer to join our team to be based in the UK but willing to travel and spend nights out , all hotels will be paid and overnight allowances given.
Duties
- Build up & commission of escalators as part of a highly skilled New Equipment Installation team
- To carry out escalator repairs ( mechanical or electrical )
- To be able to carry out breakdown work if required
- To carry out refurbishment work of escalators
- Must be able to identify parts required and feed back to the office
- Be able to liaise with the customers on site
- Able to work well in a team and lone working
- Work to all current Health & Safety guidelines and adhering to company policy
- You will be required to carry out paperwork on time
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in escalators or the equivalent
- Preferred experience
- Valid CSCS card. Can be arranged if other criteria's are met
- Hold a valid UK driving license
- Be hard working , loyal and flexible
