Hello Skin Clinic is looking for a motivated and professional Therapist + Sales Intern who wants to develop practical experience within a premium aesthetics and skin clinic.
This role combines client care, treatment support, appointment setting and sales. You will learn how to communicate confidently with clients, follow up enquiries, support consultations, explain treatments and help convert warm leads into bookings.
A background or qualification in beauty therapy, skin therapy, aesthetics or wellness would be highly beneficial.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the clinic team with client care and treatment preparation
- Follow up warm enquiries by telephone and WhatsApp
- Help book consultations and treatment appointments
- Learn how to discuss treatments, packages and offers professionally
- Support client rebooking and follow-up
- Maintain organised client notes and booking records
- Assist with clinic cleanliness and presentation
- Develop practical sales, communication and clinic experience
