Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes, including breakfast classics, innovative specials, and seasonal offerings with precision and flair
- Manage food production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes that meet safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness, proper storage, and handling practices in compliance with health regulations
- Lead team management efforts by training new staff, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a positive kitchen culture
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and excellent guest experiences during busy brunch hours
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and manage waste to optimize kitchen efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a focus on breakfast or brunch menus
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Strong background in culinary techniques, food production, and kitchen operations
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Previous restaurant experience with an emphasis on hospitality and serving guests’ needs
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holiday shifts as required by brunch service schedules
