Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – Established Cleaning Company
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our well‑established team. This role is ideal for someone with proven supervisory experience in the cleaning or facilities sector who is ready to lead teams, uphold high standards, and represent the company professionally on client sites.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar supervisory role
- Valid CSCS card or Pass Certificate (we can help with this)
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and staff
- Confident in motivating, influencing, and leading teams to achieve high performance
Desirable
- SSSTS or equivalent supervisory qualification
- Experience in new build cleaning (training will be provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across multiple sites during working hours
- Maintain best practice and ensure the highest cleaning standards at all times
- Support Health & Safety compliance in line with company procedures and legislation
- Deliver toolbox talks and on‑site briefings as required
- Ensure teams have the correct equipment, materials, and PPE to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Oversee and record daily equipment and vehicle checks, reporting any defects promptly
- Attend relevant training courses and maintain all required licences and certificates
- Lead by example through hands‑on work alongside your teams
About the Role
This is a hands‑on supervisory position where you will spend the majority of your time working directly with cleaning teams on site. You will be the key link between staff, management, and clients, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards.
