Experienced Telehandler Operator
Location: Sleaford NG34
Job Type: Temporary / Full-Time
Pay: £21 PH
We are currently recruiting for experienced Telehandler Operators to work across multiple construction projects, primarily on new-build housing developments.
This role is ideal for operators who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable moving between sites for short-term assignments as project requirements change.
Essential Requirements – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T MEET THE BELOW CRITERIA
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler Ticket
- Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
- Willingness to travel to various sites and work short-term assignments ( 1-2 week assignments across different sites )
- Right to work in the UK
- Be able to provide working references
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of telehandlers on busy construction sites
- Loading, unloading and distributing materials across site
- Supporting site management and trades with material movements
- Daily equipment checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining a safe working environment and following site procedures
- Assisting with general site duties when required

- Reliable and punctual operators
- Experience working within fast-paced housing site environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
- Strong awareness of site safety and lifting operations
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
Desirable
- Previous experience working for major housebuilders
- Medical
