The role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to perform a variety of tasks as part of the administration team for our organisation in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of the Team, you will be responsible for organising counselling appointments and managing diaries for our services within Newport South Wales. The role can be demanding and calls for the ability to learn, understand and apply a wealth of knowledge about our individual services across the UK.
Responsibilities
· Processing referrals.
· Organising Appointments.
· Maintaining counsellor's diaries.
· Tracking client journey using HIO Systems
· Dealing with telephone, online and email enquiries.
· Reporting
· Ad Hoc tasks
About you
· Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in an administrative role.
· Excellent organizational skills Experience using MS Office software
· Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
· Be able to focus with high attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
· Being able to work as part of a team is essential
