Our service-driven approach ensures drivers are back on the road quickly with compliant, fully licensed taxi replacement vehicles. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Claims Executive to join our Operations team.
Role Overview
As a Claims Executive, you will play a vital role in the running of non fault RTA claims.
This involves talking to third parties & witnesses to gather evidence. As well as communicating with body shops and insurers in order to effectively monitor the claim and ensure a swift resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for file management for the duration of the period a client is in our hire vehicle following having a non fault accident.
- Maintaining regular contact with all relevant parties throughout the life of the claim.
- Investigate and establish liability based on the information you have obtained by contacting all relevant parties.
- Managing ever changing priorities and always being aware of the ‘bigger picture’ and anticipating situations and potential problems.
- You will be responsible for closely monitoring the claims journey ensuring guidelines and structured time frames are adhered to, suppling thorough updates to those involved in the claim in order to guarantee maximum recovery of the hire period.
- Meeting performance related targets.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confident communicator—comfortable dealing with councils, customers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable:
- Experience within taxi licensing, credit hire, accident management, or motor insurance.
- Understanding of local authority taxi licensing regulations.
- Case Management Experience.
