Part-Time Nursery Cook Vacancy
We are looking for a caring and reliable Part-Time Nursery Cook to join our friendly nursery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for young children in a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare balanced meals and snacks for children aged 0–5 years
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage food stock, deliveries, and storage
- Cater for allergies and dietary requirements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous cooking or catering experience preferred
- Food Hygiene Certificate desirable
- Knowledge of children’s nutrition is an advantage
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)

Part-time hours, 3 days / 24 -32 hours
