Arcese UK is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our growing HR team, supporting our operations across Textile Logistics in Tilbury and Arcese UK in Thurrock and Rugby.
Working alongside the HR Manager, you'll gain experience across every stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, employee relations support and HR projects making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a successful career in HR.

What You'll Be Doing
As our HR Administrator, you'll provide the administrative support that keeps our HR function running smoothly while delivering an excellent service to managers and employees.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns and interviews.
- Preparing contracts and offer documentation.
- Completing Right to Work and pre-employment checks.
- Supporting new starters through the onboarding process.
HR Administration
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records.
- Preparing HR correspondence and contractual documentation.
- Responding to employee and manager queries.
- Supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle.
Payroll Administration
- Preparing monthly payroll information.
- Liaising with our outsourced payroll provider.
- Supporting payroll administration and employee queries.
- Maintaining payroll records.
Supporting the HR Function
- Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations administration.
- Coordinating training, probation reviews and Occupational Health referrals.
- Producing HR reports and KPI data.
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
You'll be organised, approachable and passionate about delivering a great HR service.
Essential Experience
✔ Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role.
✔ Excellent organisational and administration skills.
✔ Strong attention to detail.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
✔ Experience using HR systems.
✔ Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
We'd Love to See
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards).
- Experience supporting payroll administration.
- Experience within logistics, manufacturing or another operational environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Passion for developing a career in Human Resources.
