The Chaseley Trust is a Charity owned high care facility specialising in neuro-disability care, located with a beautiful outlook onto Eastbourne seafront. We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses to join our team. Do you have a wide range of clinical skills? Are you interested in neurological care?
We support people over the age of 18 with diverse neurological impairments through tailored specialist therapy and care. Our mission is to provide outstanding care whilst empowering individuals with neuro-disability and enabling them to live their lives to their fullest potential. Our aim is to optimise quality of life, independence and dignity for each individual in a unique environment.
Our integrated on-site professionals, including physiotherapists, care staff, nursing specialists and activities facilitators collaborate to deliver person-centred care to residents and outpatients.
We have a dedicated GP service five-days a week to review complex care needs, facilitating changes and making specialised referrals.
Experienced staff ensure residents' safety and comfort during their journey to independence, maintaining a coordinated approach at all times.
The role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our team, working 12.5 hour shifts across seven days.
Our Registered Nurses form part of the senior nursing team working in partnership with the Clinical Managers. Part of your role as a Registered Nurse will include providing leadership to the care team through the active promotion of Chaseley’s values.
Chaseley’s home environment is a cross between a nursing home and a hospital, so all Registered Nurses can develop their skills within a clinical setting. We run high staff to resident ratios to ensure we provide the best levels of care possible. Visit our website for more information https://chaseley.org.uk/about/
The successful Registered Nurses will provide and supervise the delivery of high-quality, complex nursing care to residents and maintain professional and clinical standards, whilst ensuring our residents’ physical and psychological needs are met. Your role will require you to assess, plan and deliver, with the resident and their loved ones, nursing care that encompasses the residents own wishes. In addition, you will undertake the management of medication and work in partnership with our Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams and external professionals.
