Join Our Property & Housekeeping Team
Cleaning Solution Bristol Ltd is growing, and we're looking for experienced, reliable and detail-focused cleaners and housekeepers to join our Bristol team.
You'll work across a varied portfolio of Airbnb properties, short-term rentals, private homes and professional properties throughout Bristol and surrounding areas.
This is not an entry level cleaning position.
You must already have professional cleaning or housekeeping experience and be confident completing properties independently to a high standard.
Most importantly, you must know how to make and professionally present a bed, including changing sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases efficiently.
We provide training on our company standards and processes, but applicants must already understand the fundamentals of professional cleaning and housekeeping.

Pay: £13.00–£16.00 per hour, depending on your experience, training, specialist skills and level of responsibility.
Our training is designed to develop experienced cleaners further and give strong team members opportunities to increase their skills, earnings and responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the work scheduled, your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing Airbnb and short let properties between guests.
- Making and professionally presenting beds.
- Changing sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
- Presenting pillows, cushions and throws correctly.
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces.
- Completing professional domestic cleans.
- Completing deep cleans.
- Completing end-of-tenancy cleans.
- Vacuuming and mopping.
- Cleaning surfaces, skirting boards and detailed areas.
- Replenishing guest essentials and consumables.
- Checking cleaning products and supplies.
- Completing final presentation checks.
- Identifying and reporting damage or maintenance issues.
- Following property specific instructions and checklists.
- Taking required quality assurance photos before leaving.
Our Airbnb properties often have guests arriving the same day, so quality, efficiency and attention to detail are essential.
Experience Required
Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is required.
You must already be confident with:
- Professional bed making.
- Changing and presenting linen.
- Bathroom cleaning.
- Kitchen cleaning.
- General property cleaning.
- Working methodically and efficiently.
- Spotting dust, hair, marks and missed areas.
- Completing your own final quality check.
- Working independently.
- Managing your time.
- Following instructions and property checklists.
Experience within Airbnb, short lets, hotels, serviced accommodation or professional housekeeping is highly desirable.
