Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Healthcare Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of healthcare staff, including nurses, administrative personnel, and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high standards of patient care and safety
- Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements at all times
- Foster a collaborative team environment by providing leadership, motivation, and conflict resolution support
- Monitor patient care quality metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare setting or related management role
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Experience in financial management including budgeting and resource planning
- Knowledge of human resources practices within healthcare environments
- Background or familiarity with operating theatre experience is a plus but not required; emphasis on healthcare management is essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage staff and patients alike
- Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare administration or management are preferred

Pay: £27,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
