We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our educational team in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and families. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about educating children in the Early Years.

Duties
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, including those with special educational requirements
- Facilitate communication between children, teachers, and parents to ensure effective support strategies are in place
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and organised outings to ensure safety and well-being
- Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources customised for individual learning plans
- Requirements
- Prior experience or genuine interest in working with children.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
