About the Role
Cleveland Cable Company is looking for a dedicated and organised Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy team at the Warrington branch. In this permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week), you will play a vital part in our daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are processed efficiently and safely while leading a small, hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock & Order Management: Picking and preparing goods accurately for customer delivery.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely loading and unloading company wagons and shipping containers.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and supporting a team of 4 warehouse operatives.
- Yard Maintenance: Keeping the yard and warehouse areas tidy, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or yard environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a small team.
- A proactive, hands-on work ethic with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain high safety standards.
