Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced baker or junior baker to join our growing vegan artisan bakery team in SW London.
This is a full-time production role focused on vegan viennoiserie and brioche using our established recipes, professional equipment and naturally lit production space.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and producing vegan viennoiserie and brioche
- Dough preparation, shaping, proofing and baking
- Following established recipes and production methods
- Maintaining consistency and quality standards
- Keeping the bakery clean and organised
- Working closely with a small, friendly team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in bakery or pastry production
- Some previous hands-on experience with croissant and laminated dough production is essential
- Ability to work with viennoiserie doughs, including shaping and proofing
- Knowledge of brioche production is essential
- Good organisation and time management
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Passion for artisan baking
