Where do you fit in?
In this hands-on admin role, youll support our Harrogate Team of Advisors by ensuring that client administration and our annual review processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Using your previous financial services experience, youll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service. Youll support preparing review packs and ensure that our records are kept accurate and updated. Youll liaise with policy providers, and be a compliance champion, as we are a regulated industry. Youll help clients with queries, ensuring we provide a first-class service.

What do you need to be successful?
- Financial Services / Financial Planning admin experience is a must, please, along with excellent communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn

Accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines effective at organising and prioritising your workload. Youll be adaptable, friendly, and helpful

Youll be positive, good with people, and technology & system savvy
We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Youll be based from our Harrogate office.
Following successful completion of your training period, hybrid working is available, with three days at our office and two days working from home.
