We are seeking a GMP Operator to join our expanding Production team on a fixed-term basis for an exciting project at our BioCity site. This is a technical, hands-on role in which you will support the manufacture of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) .
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for an initial period of 2–3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements. Hours are generally standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm); however, project-specific shift work may be required to meet client and operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform cGMP activities including IMP manufacturing, packaging and blinding for Phase I/II and POC clinical trials
- Co-ordinate and execute detailed manufacturing plans to agreed timelines and deliverables
- Preparation and accurate completion of project documentation including BMRs, manufacturing risk assessments and critical safety documentation (COSHH etc)
- Support manufacturing investigations including participating in root cause analysis for deviations, OOS and OOT results
- Source and order GMP supplies, co-ordinate ID testing and maintain supply stocks
Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous GMP manufacturing experience from a pharmaceutical environment essential
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Have proven experience of prioritisation, organisation and time management skills.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
