Young person’s support worker vacancy
We are looking to recruit a friendly, motivated support worker or workers to our team. The role involves caring for a young man with complex needs, including epilepsy and learning difficulties, within his home in the Southport area. His home is fully adapted to meet is considerable needs.
The role is flexible with part-time and full-time hours being available (up to 40 hours per week). The successful candidate would be expected to work both day and night shifts on a rolling rota basis.
Previous experience working with young adults with learning difficulties would be beneficial but not essential as full training and support will be given.
Salary £12.71 to £15.45 per hour, dependent upon experience with extra enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays. A full driving licence is essential as you will be expected to drive the client’s car as part of your duties.
