Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

About Us
We are a well-established and busy garage seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in accounts administration.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- General office and administrative duties
- Accounts administration, including invoicing and basic bookkeeping
- Data entry and record keeping
- Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries
- Filing, scanning, and document management
- Supporting the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
As an Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is desirable
- Experience with Sage 50, Sage 200 or Xero is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Professional and confident communication skills
