Level 3 Early Years Educator
Full Time | 35 hours | All Year Round
£25,680 – £26,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications, with scope to grow)
We’re growing… and we’re so excited about it. At Priory Nursery, we’re expanding — not because anyone is leaving, but because more families are choosing us and as we have just opened our new room (which we’re really proud of!).
With the opening of our Sunrise Room in April we now have younger children in nursery. That room conitues to grow and we need more team members to meet growing demand
We’re a small nursery — and we like it that way. It means we really know our children, our families, and each other. We’re not a loud, hectic setting — we focus on creating a calm, settled environment where children feel safe, confident, and able to enjoy their day.
You’ll be part of a team that genuinely supports each other — where you’re listened to, valued, and never just another member of staff. We laugh a lot, help each other out, and take pride in doing things properly.
Because we’re smaller, you’ll have the time and space to really get to know your key children and build meaningful relationships with both children and families.
Who we’re looking for
We’re hoping to find someone who is:
- Level 3 qualified (full & relevant – essential)
- Experienced with under 2s, over 2s — or both
- Warm, reliable and a real team player
- Child-focused, with a strong understanding of safeguarding
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- DBS on the Update Service
- Paediatric First Aid
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who notices the little things — the quiet child, the proud moment, the small achievements — and celebrates them.
What you’ll be doing
- Working 35 hours a week (shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm)
- Supporting children’s learning through play, curiosity and everyday moments
- Being a key person, building strong relationships with your children and their families
