Ecosurety exists to rid the world of unnecessary packaging.
We believe in a future where every brand has the data and market insights to make smart, sustainable packaging decisions. To make that vision a reality, we enable the world's leading brands to make smart and sustainable packaging decisions through our intelligence platform and deep regulatory expertise.
We're at an exciting stage of growth, expanding our capabilities, investing in technology and developing new ways to support our customers in a rapidly changing world. That means there has never been a better time to join Ecosurety and play a role in shaping what comes next.
With around 100 colleagues and ambitious plans for the future, we're building a business where talented people can do meaningful work, challenge convention and create real-world impact.
We're looking for an International Project Coordinator to join our International Compliance Management (ICM) team.
ICM supports global brands and retailers across multiple countries, helping them navigate increasingly complex environmental and packaging regulations. As our client base continues to grow, so too does the need for strong coordination, clear communication and excellent organisation.
This role sits at the centre of that delivery.
You'll work across customers, policy experts, data specialists, client services teams and technology teams, helping ensure work progresses smoothly, deadlines are met and customers receive a consistently high-quality service.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, keeping multiple moving parts on track and working with a range of stakeholders, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
International Compliance Management is one of the fastest-growing areas of Ecosurety.
As customers expand into new markets and face increasingly complex legislative requirements, the demand for coordinated international support continues to grow. You'll join at a time where there is real opportunity to influence how work is organised, improve visibility across projects and help shape the processes that support future growth.
You won't be a small part of a large process.
You'll play a central role in how international client work is coordinated and delivered, gaining exposure to onboarding, submissions, account support and client delivery while working with experienced colleagues across data, policy, client services and technology.
Support the coordination of international compliance activity across multiple customers, countries and regulatory frameworks, ensuring work progresses smoothly and deadlines are achieved.
Help onboard new customers by coordinating actions, timelines, responsibilities and next steps, ensuring everyone involved has clarity on what needs to happen and when.
Track submissions, registrations, deadlines and customer actions, proactively following up where information or input is required.
Spot issues before they become problems, escalating risks, delays or missing information clearly and at the right time.
Work closely with customers and internal teams, helping coordinate communication, maintain accurate records and provide visibility over progress and priorities.
Contribute ideas and improvements to help the service scale effectively, improving processes, templates and ways of working over time.
