About the Role
Please only apply if you have previous bartending experience and are looking for a long-term, permanent position. Applicants must be available to work throughout the year, including evenings and weekends.
We're currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team.
This is a permanent, year-round position and is not suitable for seasonal or summer-only applicants.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
- Prepare classic cocktails, mixed drinks, wines, beers, coffees, and soft drinks.
- Take drink orders and confidently recommend wines and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation.
- Handle payments accurately using the till system.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing regulations.
- Support the waiting team during busy service periods.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience is essential.
- Cocktail and wine knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be available to work throughout the year.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
