Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites. Good communication skills and fluency in English are essential to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in clients homes, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to respond politely and professionally to client requests
- Valid driving licence is needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Organised, reliable, and punctual with a proactive approach to work responsibilities
