Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant and bar staff to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food production processes to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and beverages
- Enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe dining environment
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork and excellence
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly
- Monitor guest feedback and address concerns swiftly to enhance overall satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with barista experience, serving, and beverage service operations
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food production processes, and kitchen operations
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
