Salary dependent on experience - £15-£16
Hours: Sociable daytime hours including weekends, 4 or 5 days per week.

The Heron Farm Shop & Kitchen is a family-run farm diversification run from our farm near Strathaven.
We are now looking for a Chef to join our team
You must have the passion to produce great food, must love cooking and have your sleeves rolled up ready!
Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize food production and service efficiency.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene
- Familiarity with hospitality practices and customer service excellence
