About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to join our Registry Services team. In this role, you will support students and academic staff across two Academic Schools:

School of Health, Education, Policing and Sciences

School of Digital Technologies, Innovation and Business
You will help keep student records accurate, support assessment processes and work with colleagues to make sure students receive the best possible service throughout their time at University of Staffordshire. This is a varied role where you will work with information, solve problems and support important activities throughout the academic year.
We are looking to appoint either one full-time Administrator or two part-time Administrators. If you are applying for a part-time role, please tell us your preferred working hours in your application.
What You Will Do
As a Registry Services Administrator, you will:

Keep student records accurate and up to date

Process student enrolments and changes to course information

Check records, investigate any issues and correct information where needed

Support meetings by preparing papers, taking notes and recording actions

Process student marks and prepare information for assessment and award meetings

Help organise Award Boards and other assessment activities

Support processes such as External Examiner visits and Exceptional Circumstances applications

Work closely with colleagues to provide a helpful and efficient service to students and staff

Training and Support
You do not need to have worked in Higher Education before. This role would suit an experienced administrator, a recent graduate with relevant experience, or someone with transferable skills looking for a new career. We will provide training and support to help you learn our systems and processes.
