Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager with an interest in restaurant to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service excellence, and a background in hotel management or hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure smooth operational flow, and enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff across various departments to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Manage guest relations, addressing enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
- When not performing Duty Management shifts, you will supervise and run the restaurant alongside our Restaurant Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Support the management team
- Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and guest feedback for continuous improvement.
- Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; relevant hospitality experience will be considered.
- Organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently under pressure.
