Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking builder/joiner/bricklayer to join our team, working on local projects across Liverpool. We are an established family run business with over 25 years experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm, with regular opportunities for weekend work and overtime to increase your earnings.
Our projects include house extensions, structural alterations, loft conversions, and full property refurbishments. You'll be working on a variety of residential jobs with an experienced fast paced, dynamic team.

Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble building materials with accuracy and care
- Lay bricks, blocks, and stones following detailed plans and specifications to ensure structural integrity
- Perform masonry work including mixing mortar, setting bricks, and finishing surfaces for durability and appearance
- Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, installing fixtures, and fitting doors or windows
- Conduct roofing activities including installing tiles and ensuring proper waterproofing
- Follow safety protocols at all times, maintaining a clean work environment and using protective gear appropriately.
- Must have full uk driving license as you will be required to drive day to day, to collect and deliver building materials to site.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment for precise craftsmanship
- Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques and masonry principles to produce high-quality finishes
- Experience in carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling wood or other materials
- Ability to perform roofing tasks with attention to detail for weatherproofing and durability
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle demanding construction activities
- Clear understanding of safety standards and best practices in construction environments.
